They must be bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field. Experience in a business or finance environment. Superior mathematical skills, honesty, integrity, reliability, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and planning skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, research skills, analytical skills, listening skills. Interpersonal skills, computer skills, particularly with accounting software and data entry.
